Our adorable emperor penguin chick, born on September 30, 2025, turned 100 days old today, January 8th! To celebrate, we put some ice shaped like '100' in its nursery and took some super cute photos!

The little one was super curious about the ice! ♪

And it even struck a perfect pose for us!

Its fluffy down feathers are shedding from its belly, making it look super cute, almost like it's wearing a stylish cardigan!

Our animal care team held a talk event to look back at the chick's journey so far. This morning, our little emperor penguin weighed 14.8 kg! That's about 50 times its birth weight of 295.9g! We loved sharing the joy of its growth with all of you!

With all of you watching, it even took its very first stroll in the exercise area!

The chick walked so proudly, flapping its wings, and successfully finished its first-ever walk! Go, little one!

We even got to touch the chick's eggshell and fluffy down feathers!
