About Our Facilities

Service Facilities

No smoking throughout the park area.

To make sure everyone has a comfy visit, please help us keep the entire park smoke-free. This includes "heat-not-burn tobacco," "electronic cigarettes," and similar products, which are also not allowed.
*We've set up one smoking booth in the parking area. Please note that there are no cigarette vending machines inside the park.

Stroller and Wheelchair Rentals

ご利用にあたっては、以下の同意事項および注意事項をご確認いただき、 現地レンタルカウンターにて同意書へのご署名手続きをお願いいたします。

＊パーク内でお客様ご自身の不注意による事故につきましては責任を負いかねます。
＊カート用途以外では使用しないでください。
＊パーク営業時間内に貸出場所までご返却ください。
＊注意事項を守って安全にご利用ください。

【注意事項】
＊お子様をカートに乗せたまま、カートのそばを離れないでください。
＊駐車時はロックをかけてください。
＊お荷物は必ず備え付けのカゴに置いてください。
＊2人乗りは禁止です。
＊シートベルトはしっかり締めてください。

1 オリジナルカート：レンタル料金1,500円（当日レンタルカウンターで受付）

＊利用条件：【年齢】5歳以下　【身長】80㎝以上110㎝以下　【体重】20kg以下 (全ての条件を満たしているお子様対象)
＊5歳以下であっても身長110㎝を超えるお子様はご利用いただけません。
＊受付入口に身長計測板を設置しておりますので、列にお並びいただく前に、お子様の身長確認をお願いいたします。(お子様の身体情報を事前に把握していただくと、受付もスムーズです。)
＊安全にご利用いただくため「同意書」へご署名・ご連絡先の記入をいただいております 。

2 ベビーカー：レンタル料金1,000円（当日およびTerravieにて受付）

＊利用条件：【年齢】生後1カ月以上 36カ月未満　【体重】15kg以下 (全ての条件を満たしているお子様対象)

3 車イス：レンタル料金500円（当日およびTerravieにて受付）
＊車イスに限り、障がい者手帳をお持ちのお客様または、65歳以上のお客様は無料です。（当日受付：Terravieでの予約不要）
＊ケニア号には車イスのままご乗車できる専用スペースがあります。
＊予約台数に限りがあります。ご予約が完売の場合は当日インフォメーションまでお問い合わせください。

4 Electric Wheelchair WHILL: Rental fee 2,500 yen/day
After entering the park, please inquire at the rental counter. (Limited number available)

With intuitive controls and easy maneuverability, the WHILL electric wheelchair offers a stable ride and can easily overcome 5cm steps, allowing you to comfortably enjoy your time in the park.

*This is for guests aged 65 and over, or guests aged 18 and over who have difficulty walking for long periods. (Guests who have consumed alcohol cannot use it.)

*Rentals will be suspended in case of rain.

*You can use it inside the park, excluding the parking lot.

*Please refrain from operating it with a child on your lap.

Facilities You can use private cages and indoor washing facilities.

＊All prices are for one day.

＊You can use one space for multiple pets.

＊If you bring your own cage, it's 1,300 yen per day.

＊Please note that the number of cages in each pet space is limited.

＊Please show your ID when you use the service.

＊Pets aren't allowed inside the park. If you're bringing a pet, please use our pet space. (Service dogs and guide dogs are an exception.)

＊We can't take responsibility for any injuries or illnesses your pet might get while using the pet space. Please make sure to check your pet's health thoroughly yourself.

＊ペット見守りカメラの受付は当日先着順です。カメラの特性上、他のペット、ゲストやスタッフが映り込む場合があります。予めご了承ください。

Important Notes
  • Please bring your pet to the information counter on the right side of the entrance gate.
  • If you have pets other than dogs or cats, please call us at 0739-43-3333.
  • If you couldn't book online, please ask at the information counter on the day of your visit.
  • We'll check your ID when you check in, so please make sure to bring it.

Baby Care Room

Our baby care rooms have hot water dispensers. There are also spaces where dads can join in.

* There's also a nursing room at the entrance of the women's restroom on the 1st floor of Center Dome.

Baby Care Room Map

Restrooms

Most restrooms have wheelchair-accessible stalls.
Women's restrooms are equipped with diaper changing stations, baby chairs, and urinals for boys.
Ostomate-friendly restrooms are available on the 1st floor of Center Dome and the 1st floor of Enjoy Dome.

EV (Electric Vehicle) Chargers

We have EV (Electric Vehicle) chargers available in the park's parking area.

Compatible Vehicles Tesla Motors EVs, domestic EVs *Tesla Motors EVs are also compatible
(1 unit for Tesla vehicles only, 5 units for non-Tesla vehicles, 3 units for all vehicle types)
Charging Method Standard charging (Approximate: a 24kW type takes about 6 hours for a full charge)
Charging Fee Free *A 1,200 yen parking fee for one day at the park is required.
You can still charge your car with the parking fee even if you don't enter the park.
