Adventure World, as a member of the local community, will work to realize a society where all "life" can shine with a smile.
Ltd., the operator of Adventure World, has been working to create a comfortable working environment by enforcing the company's same-sex partnership rules and eliminating the gender-based rules of personal grooming. We will continue to participate in various events and review our work styles to ensure that all staff members have a better understanding of LGBTQ issues and that the park can be enjoyed by all.
~The Rainbow Festa is an annual event that celebrates the LGBTQ community in New York City.
In 1969, a police raid on a gay bar in New York City led to a riot that drew thousands of people and spread worldwide, sparking the call for "LGBTQ" rights. The following year, in 1970, demonstrations commemorating the riots were held across the United States, marking the beginning of the "Gay Parade," which was the origin of the Rainbow Fest. The awareness-raising event for the rights of sexual minorities spread around the world, changing the name of the event, and landed in Japan. Today, it has developed into a global awareness event held in more than 20 countries, and in Japan, it is held in various places, mainly in urban areas, under such names as "Rainbow Festa" and "Minority Festa.
~The term "LGBTQ " is a generic term for LGBTQ (or LGBTs) sexual minorities, including L (lesbian), G (gay), B (bisexual), T (transgender), and other sexualities. The "Q" in LGBTQ is... "Queer" and is used as an inclusive term for sexual minorities. Questioning" refers to people who have not clearly defined their sexuality. It has these two meanings.

~About Rainbow Festa 2025 Nachikatsuura ~
An LGBTQ awareness event held under the theme "Ee-jana-nai". In a free and festive atmosphere, we hope that diversity will spread throughout society and lead to possibilities.
Someone's 'ee-ayaka' is someone else's 'no-ayaka.
Someone else's 'ee-na-na-na' is someone else's 'ee-na-na-na'.
With these words as a watchword, we aim to create a place where all participants can spend time together to ask questions, think, and harmonize while nurturing connections. The parade will be held in a way that is unique to Nachikatsuura and its culture and history.

~About Rainbow Festa Wakayama 2025 ~
"Minna Isshokuta! (*"Isshokuta" means that people from all walks of life live together on the earth), Rainbow Festa is held with the idea that "everyone should appreciate each other's differences".
In our world where there are people of all colors, such as sexual minorities, people with disabilities, people with different skin colors and languages, we should recognize each other and be interesting because of our differences. This year marks the ninth time the festival will be held, with the hope that it will be a comfortable place to live for everyone.
