Adventure World will be exhibiting at the Wakayama Zone in the "Kansai Pavilion" of Expo '2025 Osaka-Kansai for three days from September 20 (Sat.) to 22 (Mon.), 2025.
　Bamboo lights designed by Chikao Ikeda, a bamboo light producer, will be exhibited at the venue. The bamboo lights were created in cooperation with elementary and junior high school students from Shirahama-cho and park staff, who drilled holes one by one with a wish for a future where "everyone is a kiraboshi," where humans, animals, and nature all shine together. In front of the bamboo light, Sumire, a giant panda character from 100 years in the future, will appear and give a participatory presentation in which she will think about "Life," "Biodiversity," and "Future Smile (Happiness)" with visitors.

里山を荒廃させる竹を伐採し、動物たちの食事として活用することで里山の環境を守り、これまで廃棄していた動物たちが食べない竹の幹の部分や食べ残した竹、糞を有効資源としてアップサイクルを推進するプロジェクトです。
