2025年09月10日(水)

On Respect-for-Senior-Citizens Day, Monday, September 15, 2025, Adventure World will hold an event to present gifts to an African elephant, who has lived in the park since its opening, and the oldest bottlenose dolphin in Japan, as a token of our gratitude and celebration.
Two African elephants (estimated to be 53 years old) will be presented with bouquets of their favorite vegetables and fruits. In addition, a free feeding experience will be offered to a limited number of 20 guests aged 65 or older. In addition, two bottlenose dolphins (estimated to be the oldest in Japan at 55 and 51 years old) will receive a toy with a message from the breeding staff expressing their wishes. Visitors will have the opportunity to see up close the healthy and happy animals that have been nurtured through careful daily care and accumulated breeding management.
At this event, the breeding staff will introduce their efforts in animal care and animal welfare, including diet and health checks. We hope you will feel the "preciousness of life" and the warm connection that exists between the animals and the staff over the time they have spent together, and enjoy a warm moment filled with gratitude on this special Respect-for-Senior-Citizens Day.
