A special event was held today (8/28) to commemorate the first birthday of a Futayubinomono child!

Before the opening, a live-streaming event was held. A special cake decorated with apples, carrots, Chinese cabbage, etc. on a wooden plate handmade by the staff was presented.

They looked happy in front of the cake specially made by the breeding staff.
They ate their favorite apples with relish!

At the lunchtime event, many guests came to celebrate the birthday of the flying sloth.
As everyone watched, the flying sloth child appeared... from the second floor!

Holding on tightly to a mobile perch, they were carried to the stage by the breeding staff!

We presented them with a special cake and reflected on their growth so far.
