Today (August 24), a kick-off event for the "WAKA×YAMA Summer Ideathon 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "Ideathon")" was held at Adventure World, organized by the student group WAKA×YAMA.
This "Ideathon" is a program in which junior and senior high school students in Wakayama Prefecture take the lead in developing ideas over a period of about three months in order to envision a new future from the unique perspective of young people under the theme of "Family Care Burden: Toward Caregivers Who Live with Their Families and in Their Own Ways.

After writing out their ideas in advance, the participants were divided into teams to visit the park and interview staff members.

In preparation for the symposium to be held in November, this year's theme, "The Burden of Family Caregiving - With Family, Toward Caregiving That Lives on Your Own Terms," will be addressed from the unique perspective of young people to solve problems.

Adventure World will be a sponsor of the Idea-thon and will support junior high and high school students to put their ideas into practice in the community and solve the issues in a sustainable way.
