Starting today (August 1st), we've started showing the Mini Hippos at Fureai Plaza!
The Mini Hippos, who joined Adventure World in April 2025, have been getting used to their new home by practicing in the exercise area since mid-July.

On their first day open to the public,
we gave them their favorite watermelon as a special treat.
While everyone watched, one of the Mini Hippos took a bite of the watermelon, then *plop*... dropped it into the pool!

After that, they showed off their energetic swimming skills in the pool!

The Mini Hippo exercise area has three zones: shade, sun, and waterside. This setup lets the animals freely pick where they want to hang out, depending on how they feel.

Time: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM *During regular operating hours, it's until 3:30 PM
Location: Fureai Plaza, Mini Hippo Exercise Area

*Heads up! The exhibition might be canceled due to weather or if the animals aren't feeling well.

During our night operating period until August 24th, the exhibition is open until 7:00 PM. This is a special chance to see the nocturnal Mini Hippos being super active!
