As a token of our gratitude to the panda family for creating so many Smiles with us this year, and to express our wish that 2024 will be another year full of Smiles, we presented ice in the shape of the number "2024" and proclaimed "2024" to "Ryohama," next year's New Year's maiden, as a representative of the family.
