Adventure World (Shirahama Town, Wakayama Prefecture) has introduced the multilingual simultaneous interpretation app “SmaLingual” to provide safe and secure services to visiters from oversea.

"SmaLingual” uses the translation engine developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications,Japan / NICT (National Institute of Information and Communications Technology) and enables “simultaneous” multilingual conversations in a “one to many” manner.

In addition, the language level has more than 800 TOEIC functions and can convey correct information accurately.

We will communicate with "SmaLingual” as necessary, such as preboarding explanations in the amusement park area and precautions before having animals contacted.
We will make sure that visitors can enjoy the park's attractions and precautions so that they can enjoy it safely and securely.

■Adventure World currently supports 10 languages
(Japanese, English, Chinese (simplified and traditional), Korean, Thai, Indonesian, Myanmar, Vietnamese, Brazilian Portuguese)

１．Read the QR code displayed on the park staff device.
２．Translated by voice and text conversion on both devices.
