Application Process

1. お申し込み
お申し込みページでメールアドレスをご入力いただくと、専用フォームが届きますのでお申込みの詳細をご登録ください。
2. 仮予約完了
この時点ではまだ予約確定ではありません。フォーム送信後に仮予約完了メールをお送りします。
3. 本予約完了
当園で内容を確認後、「本予約完了メール」をお送りします。これで予約確定となります。

＊3日以内に本予約完了メールが届かない場合は、再送いただくか下記までご連絡ください。

【予約内容の変更・キャンセルについて】
本予約完了メールの記載しているURLから手続きいただけます。（ご入園日前日12:00まで）。

【各申請書について】
本予約完了後にメールで申請書とアップローダーURLを送付します。ご入園日の1週間前までに事前にご提出ください。

This is a guide for school groups.
We offer special rates for school groups so that students can use the facility as a social education facility.

Dedicated rates for school groups (tax included)
	pupil	faculty
Kindergarten and elementary school	1,650円	1,650円
Middle and High School	2,150円	2,150円

For every 25 students, 1 faculty/staff member is admitted free of charge . (For schools in Wakayama Prefecture, one teacher/staff member is free for every 25 students.)

*School fee application form must be submitted at least one week prior to enrollment.
It will be sent to you by e-mail after your group reservation application. Please submit the form to the dedicated uploader.

~ Applicable conditions for school fees~.

1. Eligible schools

Schools approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, or the following facilities under the Child Welfare Law.
Kindergartens, elementary schools, junior high schools, high schools, nursery schools, nursery schools, special needs schools, schools for the blind, schools for the deaf

2. Application of School Fees

The event must be an official event approved by the school principal and led by a teacher or staff member authorized by the School Education Law.

3. Inapplicability of School Fees

(1) Parents, nurses, photographers, and others who are not students, kindergartners, or leading teachers and staff.
(2) Clubs, clubs, associations, vocational schools, cram schools, school district community gatherings, etc.

We offer coupons that can be used for meals.

Amusement Park Tickets for School Groups

In the Enjoy (amusement park) area, we have prepared amusement park tickets exclusively for school groups.

*Some models have restrictions on nieces and noses, some have age restrictions, and some may be shut down due to weather conditions.

Experiential Learning Programs

As part of our comprehensive learning program, we offer a hands-on learning program exclusively for school groups. Students can see animals in their natural habitat and learn through lectures by our staff in charge of animals.

How to make a reservation
1. Please read the following notes.
2. Please apply at least 2 weeks prior to the implementation date using the respective application form.

*Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis from the first day of the previous month.
Example: Reservations for June will be accepted from May 1.

Deadline is two weeks prior to the desired date .

*You may apply for more than one program only if the program capacity is exceeded.
*Please send us an application form for each program capacity.

*If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity of the desired program, please apply separately for each program by the number of seats available.

*We will contact you within one week after your application.

Please note that the program may be changed or cancelled due to the animals' physical condition or weather conditions .
Please understand this in advance.

Welfare Facilities Group

For welfare facility groups such as facilities for the disabled, nursing homes, special care facilities, day service centers, etc.

Exclusive fee for welfare groups (tax included)
Adult(Age 18+)	2,650円
Senior(Age 65+)	2,400円
Junior(SHS & JHS student)	2,150円
Child(Ele.student Ages 4+)	1,650円

*A reduced fee application form must be submitted at least one week prior to admission. This will be sent to you by e-mail after your group reservation application.

～Conditions for application of reduced or exempted fees

1. Eligibility for reduction or exemption

Physical Disability Certificate, Ryoiku Techo, Mental Disability Certificate, Long-Term Care Insurance Certificate, Long-Term Care Insurance Certificate
(those with a seal of approval for long-term care required), users of children's homes, and staff members.

2. Caregiver/companion

One person (high school student/age 16 or older) per person eligible for exemption. Fees for those who are not eligible for the exemption will be the general admission fee.
