Where is the first aid room and baby care room (nursing room) located?

First aid rooms are available on the 1st floor of the Center Dome, the 1st floor of the Big Ocean, and near the exit. Baby care rooms (nursing rooms) are available on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Center Dome, Big Ocean 1F, and near the exit.

Are pets allowed in the park?

Pets are not allowed in the park except guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs. Please use the Information Pet Space.

Are there ATMs (automated teller machines) in the park?

There is an ATM (AEON Bank) in the Souvenir Mall inside the Entrance Dome. It is available during park hours.

Where are the coin lockers?

Coin lockers are located at the Entrance Dome, the 1st floor of the Enjoy Dome, and the Exit Bus Terminal.

Do you accept credit cards in the park?

VISA, JCB, DC, Diners Club, American Express, UFJ Card, MasterCard, TS Cubic, ION, and UnionPay are accepted. Please note that the following cards are not accepted.

Can I use QR code payment and electronic money (contactless payment) in the park?

Contactless payment is available with QR codes and barcodes (19 types) and electronic money (14 types).
Please note that there are some locations where contactless payment is not available.

Are there services and facilities for children?

In addition to strollers available for rent at the Information Desk, animal patches (lost child tags) are available at the Information Desk, Support Center, and Baby Care Room.

Are there barrier-free services and facilities?

The Marine Live and Safari World Kenya are wheelchair-accessible. Wheelchairs are available for rent at the information desk, and the park's restrooms are wheelchair accessible.

*Please note that the restroom facilities in Fureai no Sato and Safari World are not compatible.

What is a ticket upgrade?

This system allows you to purchase a two-day admission ticket or an annual passport for the difference only on the day of admission to the park. This service is available at the Support Center. For details, please refer to the fee information.
