Smoking is not permitted in the park area.

For the comfort and convenience of all guests, smoking is prohibited in all areas. The use of "electric heated cigarettes," "electronic cigarettes," and similar products is also prohibited.
There will be one smoking booth in the parking lot area. There are no cigarette vending machines in the park.

Baby strollers and wheelchairs available for rent

1 Original stroller: rental fee 1,200 yen

*Originally designed strollers will be available at the rental counter on the day of the event.

2 Strollers: 900 yen rental fee (available on the day and at Terravie)

3 Wheelchair: ¥500 rental fee (available on the day and at Terravie)
*Wheelchairs are free of charge for passengers with a disability certificate or aged 65 and over (available on the day of the tour).
*There is a dedicated space for wheelchair passengers on the Kenya.
*There is a limit to the number of reservations. If reservations are sold out, please contact the Information Desk on the day of the tour.

Terravie

4 Electric wheelchair WHILL: Rental fee 2,500 yen/day
Available at the rental counter after entering the park. (The number of wheelchairs is limited.)

The WHILL is an intuitive, easy-to-use electric wheelchair that can be easily maneuvered in small turns and provides a stable and comfortable ride, and can easily overcome a 5cm difference in level.

*This service is available to persons 65 years of age and older, and to persons 18 years of age and older who have difficulty walking for long periods of time. (Those under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to use this service.)

*In the event of rain, the rental will be cancelled.

*The parking lot is available within the park, except for the parking lot.

*Children are not allowed to ride with children on their knees.

*All prices are for one day.

*Multiple dogs are allowed in one space.

*The fee for the use of a guest's own cage is 1,300 yen per day.

*The number of cages in each pet space is limited.

*Identification is required at the time of use.

Pets are not allowed in the park . Visitors with pets are asked to use the pet space. (Except for service dogs and guide dogs).

The park is not responsible for any injuries or illnesses that may occur to your pets while using the pet space . Please make sure that your pet is in good health.

Terravie

Please bring your pet to the information desk on the right side of the entrance gate.
For pets other than dogs and cats, please call us at 0739-43-3333.
If you are unable to make a web reservation, please contact the Information Desk on the day of your visit.
We will check your ID at the reception desk. Please be sure to bring it with you.

baby care room

A hot water heater is available in the Baby Care Room. There is also a space for fathers to use the room together.

*Nursing rooms are also available at the entrance to the women's restroom on the first floor of the Center Dome.

The main restrooms have wheelchair accessible booths.
The women's restrooms have diaper changing stations, baby chairs, and urinals for boys.
Ostomate-accessible restrooms are located on the 1st floor of the Center Dome and the 1st floor of the Enjoy Dome.

Dedicated charger for EV (Electric Vehicle) vehicles

EV vehicle (electric vehicle) chargers are available in the park's parking lot area.

Target car models	EV vehicles manufactured by Tesla Motors, domestic EV vehicles*, also manufactured by Tesla Motors (1 unit exclusively for Tesla vehicles, 5 units exclusively for models other than Tesla vehicles, 3 units for all models)
Charging method	Normal recharging (standard: 24kw type takes about 6 hours to fully recharge)
Charging Fee	Free of charge* A parking fee of 1,200 yen is required for one day at the park. You can recharge your batteries with the parking fee even if you do not visit the park.
