Facilities for Service

We provide designed smoking areas for our guests.

For everyone’s Safety and Enjoyment, Smoking is permitted only in designated areas where ashtrays are provided.
No cigarette are sold at shops and there is no cigarette dispensers in the park.
Please be sure to accept this.

Strollers, Wheelchairs

It accsept in General Information or Rental Counter.

1 Original Stroller : Rental Fee 1,200yen Guarantee Fee 500yen

2 Strollers : Rental Fee 900yen Guarantee Fee 500yen

3 Wheelchair : Rental Fee 500yen Guarantee Fee 500yen *Disabled persons showing Disability Booklet - No Fee

*The Kenya Train has the space only for the wheelchair.

*Please accept there are a limited number.

Pet Space

Rates and Facilities

Indoor pet space

Indoor type S
1day	1,200yen
Size	For small or medium size dogs (W:80cm D: 45cm H:45cm)
Facility	Air-conditioning, wash room, Separate cage

Indoor type M
1day	1,500yen
Size	For large size dogs (W:115cm D:60cm H:80cm)
Facility	Air-conditioning, wash room, Separate cage

Outdoor pet space

Outdoor type L
1day	1,500yen
Size	For large size dogs (W:180cm D:90cm H:125cm)
Facility	Separate cage

*All are the charges during a day.

*Use of plurals one space is possible.

*Keeping with the cage of the guest ownership is 1,200yen a day.

*Please accept there are a limited number of the cage of the Pet Space.

*Be sure that your ID card is required.

*Bring your pets into the park except guide dog is not permitted.
Please use pet space when you came with the pet.
(The assistance dog excludes it.)

*Please be sure that we can’t assume responsibility for sick or injury of your pets.
Please make sure your pets are in healthy.

Baby Care Room

Baby Care Room provides diaper vending machines and heating facilities.
Fathers are welcomed to use facilities also.

Place	Next to the escalator on floor 1 of the Center Dome Safari Hall of the Entrance Dome Big Ocean 1F

*Suckling Room is located at the entrance to the ladies restroom on floor1 of the Center Dome.

Restroom

Main restrooms are equipped to accomodate wheelchairs.
Ladies restrooms have diaper changing area, high chairs and boy’s urinals.

Emergency Room

Emergency facilities are located in three areas of the park.
