Earth's Self-Government Program
Animals x Art Thinking

Why " Self-Government of the Earth"?

Now is the time for a paradigm shift to consider not only human society, but also animals and nature,
We need a paradigm shift to think about the abundance of all life, not only human society

The issues of biodiversity and a recycling-oriented society are not only for animal lovers and nature lovers,
It is an issue not only for animal lovers and nature lovers, but also for all of us who are engaged in business activities, and it is our own business.
If companies and people in each field think about animals, nature, and the earth through their business activities, the world will surely improve at an accelerated pace,
I believe that the world will improve at an accelerated pace if companies and people in all fields think about animals, nature, and the Earth through their business activities and take action.

What is the " Make the Earth Your Own " program?

Program Goals
Gain a global sustainability perspective and change mindset

The program aims to create a sustainable world where not only people but also animals, nature, and all other life forms can choose to live in a more abundant way,
This is a human resource development program for the next generation of leaders who will contribute to global social issues, aiming for a sustainable world in which everyone shines.

In the nature-rich field of Adventure World, about 1,600 animals of about 120 species are our partners, Through the acquisition of a sustainability perspective through a cross-boundary experience that fully utilizes the five senses and artistic thinking, The goal of the program is to develop human resources who can think from a broader perspective and run on their own through the verbalization of their "origin (≒purpose)".

Do you have any of these issues?

  • We want to develop human resources who can think in a way that contributes to sustainability and the SDGs.
  • I want tips on new business that will lead to solutions to social issues.
  • We want to develop leaders who will drive the transformation of our organization and business into a sustainable organization and business.
  • "Am I doing the right thing?" I don't know what I really want to do.

Feature 1

Feature 2

Origin exploration through art thinking (≒setting personal paths)

Art thinking is the systematization of an artist's thought process.
Through thought experiments that make full use of the five senses and a broad view of time and space, the "origins" that form individual values and philosophies are verbalized and expressed.
Based on intrinsic motivation, we aim to develop paradigm-shifting human resources capable of envisioning a sustainable society and business in a big way.

Participant's Voice/Company's Voice

Adventure World Sustainable Smile Ambassador
President, HI LLC
Japan Representative, One Young World, Davos Youth Forum
Mr. Yorifumi Hirahara
By interacting with animals, I was able to feel the earth and confront the various emotions that welled up inside me. Through the framework of art thinking and a space that is difficult to experience in daily life, new discoveries and encounters were made, and the boundaries of life melted away through the personalization of the earth.
Dekai Utsuwa Corporation Mr. Shin Tanaka
I felt that I would like to cherish the sense of connecting the SDGs to my own work, rather than taking them superficially, by realizing that "people are part of the natural ecosystem," which we tend to forget in the capitalist economy we usually live in.
Dekaide Utsuwa Corporation Ms. Sachiko Takeda
Through this work, I was able to see what I really value, and all the dots were connected at once, giving me a clear view of my life philosophy.
HI LLC (Intern) Miki Kawamura
I was able to look at the fundamental aspects of everything and the roots of my business. I was able to look again at why I wanted to do this business, the significance of doing this business, etc., and I feel that I was able to bring back something that was a little off axis.
Mr. T.K.
I had an image that the training had answers ready for me, but there were many things that only I had answers for and that dialogue made me think about. I felt the significance of real-life experiences such as the breeding experience and bonfires.
HI LLC (Intern) Mr. Ryoma Iizuka
I realized that I am strongly moved by moments when I feel connected to life and life to life. I also reaffirmed that the self-realization of those involved is one of my most important values.
Mr. O.M.
I thought that making the earth our own is something that anyone, anywhere, can do right now. I believe that if everyone thinks like that and takes good care of themselves and their surroundings, animals, humanity, and the earth will surely continue to live.
