But this is
a big step to protect the future of pandas.
Connecting lives, connecting love,
and connecting smiles.
From now on, we will
continue to walk alongside the pandas.

Our four panda family members departed
Rauhin (らうひん)
Birth Date: September 6, 2000 (24 years old)
Birthplace: Adventure World
Gender: Female
She was the first giant panda born at Adventure World.
When she was little, she was super playful,
and loved playing with tires and balls in the playground.
Rauhin raised many cubs as a gentle mother,
and became a mom panda who is just as good at raising cubs
as her own mother, Meimei.
Yuihin (ゆいひん)
Birth Date: September 18, 2016 (8 years old)
Birthplace: Adventure World
Gender: Female
She weighed 197g at birth,
making her the biggest panda cub born at the park.
Yuihin's name carries the wish that, along with the global panda family,
she will connect precious things inherited from the 'past' to the next generation,
and 'tie together' everything across different values, cultures, languages, and species,
creating a 'future' full of sustainable smiles.
Her charming point is the pointy top of her head.
This feature became noticeable around 4 months old, when she started walking on her own.
Saihin (さいひん)
Birth Date: August 14, 2018 (6 years old)
Birthplace: Adventure World
Gender: Female
She weighed just 75g at birth,
making her the smallest panda ever born at the park.
With her tiny body, she received her mother Rauhin's love,
and her determined spirit brought courage and hope to many people.
Saihin's name carries the wish that she will continue to add color to everyday life,
and become a presence that creates a future full of smiles (happiness) that makes everyone bright and positive.
She has grown up quickly without any major illnesses or injuries, and is always looking energetic.
Fuhin (ふうひん)
Birth Date: November 22, 2020 (4 years old)
Birthplace: Adventure World
Gender: Female
Born right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic,
her birth brought bright hope and comfort to many people.
Fuhin's name carries the wish that, like the maple leaves that change color beautifully in autumn,
her richly growing self will be loved by many,
and that she will become a presence that people will warmly watch over.
She was active right after birth,
showing such energy that she almost rolled off her mother's belly.
PANDA LOVE CLUB
パンダエデュテイナー（飼育スタッフ）とファンが一緒に創るクラブ活動『PANDA LOVE CLUB』がスタートしました。
テーマは、パンダでつながり、広がる『ありがとう』と『大好き』。この活動は、年間を通じた“クラブ活動”として継続的に展開予定です。それぞれの季節にパンダを感じられる“想い出の場”を育んでいきます。

have safely arrived in China!

have arrived at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding in China!
