Through the giant pandas,
In August 2020, we visited the Chinese Embassy in Japan to meet with Ambassador Kong Hyun-yu regarding the continuation of the joint project to protect giant pandas, and in September 2020, we visited the Consulate General of China in Osaka to meet with Consul General He Zhenliang and Vice Consul General Zhang Yu-ping. In September of the same year, he visited the Consulate General of China in Osaka to meet with Consul General He Zhenliang and Deputy Consul General Zhang Yu-ping. In January 2020, when a new type of coronavirus infection spread, a new type of coronavirus infection was spread from Wakayama Prefecture to Wakayama Prefecture, and the new type of coronavirus was spread to Wakayama Prefecture. When the new coronavirus infection spread in January 2020, Wakayama Prefecture sent 50,000 medical gloves to Shandong and Sichuan Provinces, as well as video messages of support from Chinese organizations and schools in the prefecture. In return, 50,000 masks were delivered from Shandong Province and 10,000 from Sichuan Province, thus deepening exchange between Japan and China.
