Shirahama, in the Nishimuro district of Wakayama Prefecture, offers a perfect environment for breeding pandas, thanks to its natural and climate conditions. The people of the town love our panda family.

We work to preserve the local environment by offering bamboo as the pandas' main source of food while striving to solve some of our society's problems as well by finding uses for the bamboo trunks the pandas do not consume in up-cycling efforts.
