On Friday, June 27, 2025, we at Adventure World teamed up with the Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Osaka to host a special farewell ceremony for our giant pandas, Rauhin, Yuihin, Saihin, and Fuhin, before they head back to China! It was packed with so much gratitude and good wishes for their future.

At 4 PM, our "Big Ocean" area was filled with guests who had signed up beforehand, and the ceremony kicked off with a big round of warm applause.
After a welcome from our Park Director, Koji Imazu, our special guests also shared heartfelt thanks, talking about how much the Panda Family has grown and the wonderful connections they've made with our community and visitors.

Inside, everyone got to watch videos showcasing Yuihin, Saihin, and Fuhin's growth, plus a look back at Rauhin's journey as a mom. Lots of people were really touched and got a bit teary-eyed!

Plus, a live feed from Panda Love and the Breeding Center showed us all four pandas! The heartwarming words from our animal care staff made it a truly emotional moment, with smiles and tears all around.

Also, on the day of the ceremony, a special message banner was set up at "Fureai no Sato" (Village of Interaction), where guests left lots of warm wishes. This banner will travel with our four pandas all the way to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding in China!

 

Our Panda Family has brought so many smiles and amazing moments to Adventure World for over 30 years. We truly hope their future is filled with endless happiness.
